LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE

In consideration for being allowed to participate in the

Martin County Firefighters Benevolent Fishing Tournament

hosted by

Martin County Firefighters Benevolent

Assumption of Risk:I understand that fishing tournaments involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury from fishing equipment, falls, boating accidents, exposure to the elements, and interaction with wildlife. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation.Release of Liability:I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge Martin County Firefighter Benevolent, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in the tournament or any related activities.Medical Treatment:I authorize the Organizers to secure any necessary medical treatment in the event of injury or illness and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.Rules and Conduct:I agree to abide by all tournament rules, local boating/fishing laws, and any directions or instructions provided by the Organizers. I acknowledge that violating any rules may result in disqualification without refund.Photo/Media Release:I grant permission to the Organizers to use photographs, videos, or recordings of me for promotional or informational purposes without compensation or further approval.Indemnification:I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the event.
